Mulholland Girls hope that you have received your items and are happy with them. In the event that you do need to return your items, see below.
- returns are accepted for store credit/exchange only.
- returns must be made within 7 days of delivery date and they must be pre-authorized by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions.
- returned merchandise must have it’s original tags, must be unused and in its original packaging.
- please note: you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. once we have received your return we will process store credit/exchange within 2 business days. store credit expires after 6 months.
- accessories, swimwear and undergarments may not be returned.
- all discounted or sale merchandise is final sale-no returns, exchanges or store credit given.
- returns are not accepted on international purchases.
- we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
